At the moment, the airtel night plan isn’t the best out there. You are better off with mtn or even 9mobile. However, if you still want to go for it for the reason(s) best known to you, below is everything you need to know about it.

Airtel Night Plan Code

The code to subscribe to midnight browsing on airtel Nigeria is *312# >>> 3. This bundle offers you 250MB for just N25 (Twenty Five Naira Only).
So before you can use this plan, you have to make sure that you have a minimum account balance of N25.00, if you do not, then you have to recharge first.
You will receive a confirmation notification that says you have received 250MB and the N25 fee will be deducted from your account balance.
You must be on Airtel smart trybe call plan before you can be able to subscribe to this plan just like mtn pulse. Scroll down to know how to migrate if you are not already on this plan.

Airtel Night Plan Validity and Time

The midnight plan is valid from 12:00 AM (Midnight) to 5:00 AM (Morning), meaning it is valid for 5 Hours. You won’t be able to browse if you exhaust your data (250MB) before 5:00 AM. If however, you do not finish your data before 5:00 AM, the remaining data will expire and the data cannot be rolled over.

How to Check Airtel Night Plan Balance

There is currently no official way to check your night plan balance. But you can monitor your data usage with the device you are using to access the internet be it your phone, modem, or Wi-Fi.

Final Thought

Remember that you can only use the night plan on the Airtel Smart Trybe tariff plan and I think it is worth taking a bit more about the plan though I have written an extensive article about it.

Smart trybe call rate is 25 kobo per second for the first 50 seconds of the day and 11 kobo per second for the rest of the day.

I know some of you are wondering why I said it isn’t the best night plan at the moment. Well, it is because you can not subscribe to it more than once a night.

My stance is that, even if they want to limit it to once per night, they should at least make it like 1GB or 1.5GB.
