Xtra Talk: Local calls are at 27 Naira per minute, international calls are at 54 Naira per minute and roaming (for 2000 Naira and above bundles) is at 630 Naira/min for outgoing calls and 420 Naira/min for incoming calls
Xtra Data: Local calls is at 34.2 Naira per minute for local calls, 54 Naira / min for international call and roaming (for 2000 Naira bundles and above) is at 270 Naira, 240 Naira, and 230 Naira per minute for outgoing calls on N2000, N5000 and N10,000 bundle. Incoming rate is at 180 Naira, 160 Naira, and 150 Naira for 2k, 5k, and 10k plans.

This is where I remind you above what I said earlier that you will eventually agree with me that mtn Xtravalue is one of the best if not the best call plans out there.

With the above Talktime, the local calls have almost the same Talktime as Pulse and the international talk time is better than the standard rate. Not to mention the fact that you can also roam with this plan when you happen to be out of Nigeria.
