Spectranet Selfcare: Login (User ID, Password) and Check Data Balance

From your Spectranet selfcare dashboard, you can renew and change your data bundle, make payments directly to your user ID and check your data balance.

You also have access to the details associated with your account profiles such as your user id, account number, the last time you log in to the self-care dashboard, and your next renewal dates.

Spectranet SelfCare Login

To log into your self-care dashboard, visit selfcare.spectranet.com.ng, enter your user id and password into the box provided, and tap /click on the sign-in button. Gaining access to your self-care dashboard requires you to do so using your ID and Password.

To know your Spectranet user id and password, check the first message you received from them on the phone number registered to your account.

The ID is 8 digits long and you can’t change it but you can change the password anytime you want.

If you happen to have forgotten your password, click on the “forgot password?” link below the login box or the retrieve password link to create a new one or get it back respectively. There is also an option for a reset which gives you the very first password.

Now that you have successfully logged in, you can now proceed with whatever you want to do.

Final Thought

I won’t have to tell you that there is a lot you can access from your Spectranet selfcare page.

From checking your account balance to renewing or changing your plan and also resetting your password if and when you need to.

Spectranet has done well to make sure all these are available. The good thing is you can access all these 24 / 7 without help from anybody.
